ROGERS, AR-A prime 2,355-acre lakefront tract of land in Arkansas' Ozark Mountains has been assembled and is in the first phase of offering to resort and residential developers as well as individual homeowners. Eagle's Bluff on Beaver Lake is located 45 miles north of Fayetteville and 32 miles from the new Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. It is a development of Eagle's Bluff Limited Partnership I.

Eagle's Bluff is located less than 25 miles from the headquarters of Wal-Mart and also within a short commute of the headquarters operations of Tyson Foods and JB Hunt in the Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville corridor of Northwest Arkansas. The property is situated in Benton County on forested land. It has approximately 6,530 feet of permitted shoreline dockable area. It is the single largest waterfront tract on Beaver Lake available for development.

Six major airlines fly in and out of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport which is 35 miles west of the property.
